My name is Erica Bautista. I joined the Madera Adult School (MAS) team in 2015. My time with MAS has allowed me to see adult education through a new lens. Working with adult students is gratifying; particularly when I experience their resilience and the appreciation shown to our staff for the services we provide. I like to believe that our students work hard because we do. However, it may be that we work hard because they do. MAS students remind me that no matter our unique circumstances, “It’s Never Too Late” to enhance our quality of life. Go Phoenixes!!!
